तदासनवरं प्राप्य व्यदीपयत राघवः।।2.3.35।। स्वयैव प्रभया मेरुमुदये विमलो रविः।

Translation (English)

The lofty seat Rama occupied was illuminated by him resplenderce like mount Meru in the translucent rays of the morning Sun.

M.N. Dutt (1891)

Commentary

Rama on the throne shines like Mount Meru in the morning sun. Meru is the cosmic mountain at the centre of the universe — Rama seated is the world's axis, around which all order revolves. The coronation has not yet happened, but already the universe aligns around him.
