Translation (English)

Rama, who is the source of delight to the world, has charming eyebrows and large coppercoloured eyes. He is endowed with heroism, bravery and valour like Visnu manifested.

M.N. Dutt (1891)

Commentary

Rama's physical description returns — charming eyebrows, large copper-coloured eyes. After the long catalogue of virtues, the verse reminds us that he is also beautiful. In the Ramayana's world, inner virtue and outer beauty are not separate; the one shines through the other.
