गुणान् गुणवतो देव देवकल्पस्य धीमतः। प्रियानानन्दनान्कृत्स्नान्प्रवक्ष्यामोऽद्य तान् शृणु

guṇān guṇavato deva devakalpasya dhīmataḥ| priyānānandanānkṛtsnānpravakṣyāmo'dya tān śṛṇu

Translation (English)

O king, we shall now speak about those great virtues of the sagacious (Rama). Comparable to those of the gods, they are dear and a source of delight for every one. Please listen.

M.N. Dutt (1891)

Commentary

The kings begin their own praise of Rama, matching Dasharatha's earlier description. The repetition is not redundancy but chorus — a kingdom affirming its future ruler from every voice. Each virtue they name strengthens the case for immediate coronation.
