बृन्दबृन्दैरयोध्यायां राजमार्गास्समन्ततः। बभूवुरभिसम्बाधाः कुतूहलजनैर्वृताः
bṛndabṛndairayodhyāyāṃ rājamārgāssamantataḥ| babhūvurabhisambādhāḥ kutūhalajanairvṛtāḥ
The royal highways in the city of Ayodhya were jammed on all sides with groups of curious people.

Commentary
The highways are jammed on all sides with curious people. The press of humanity is so dense that movement is difficult. Ayodhya has poured itself onto the streets — not for a command performance but because no one wants to miss the moment Rama becomes king.
