देवायतनचैत्येषुसान्नभक्षा स्सदक्षिणाः।।2.3.18।। उपस्थापयितव्या स्स्युर्माल्ययोग्याः पृथक्पृथक्।
devāyatanacaityeṣusānnabhakṣā ssadakṣiṇāḥ upasthāpayitavyā ssyurmālyayogyāḥ pṛthakpṛthak|
Persons to cater food and other eatables and to hold garlands and gifts be stationed at all temples and other places of worship.

Commentary
Food, garlands, and gifts are stationed at every temple. The entire city becomes a site of celebration — every temple, every public space participates in the joy. The coronation is not confined to the palace but spills into every street and shrine.
